<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 3/31/03 <br />Page 31 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn addressed errors in a Pioneer Press <br />article dated March 25, 2003, regarding the Roseville <br />primary election issue. Mayor Kysylyczyn cited several <br />errors in quotations from Professor Steven Scheer (SP); <br />and Professor Scheer's concern that his comments were <br />used in a way that did not reflect his intent regarding <br />municipal elections. Mayor Kysylyczyn quoted Professor <br />Scheer's actual comments, and advised that he had asked <br />the Roseville Review to respond with an article in a future <br />publication to provide more accuracy related to the issue. <br /> <br />XIV.
