I <br />am unable to make tonight's City Council meeting and therefore will be unable to answer any questions <br />you may have of me and wf1y I would welcome the opportunity to serve an additional term. <br /> <br />It was my understanding that there would be a procedure followed this year in which I would have been <br />interviewed in person or at least contacted by phone regarding my application. Therefore, I am <br />somewhat disappointed that I am unable to address you In person this evening. <br /> <br />I would like to add that as the current Vice-Chair of the Parks and Recreation Commission. I took an <br />interest In reviewing all the applications for the open positions. I believe the candidates you have to <br />choose from are all very well qualified to serve on this commission. As much as I would like to be <br />reappointed. I know that no matter what your decIsions arel you will choose good people to serve on <br />this commission. <br /> <br />?!IY, 1/ <br />
