<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 3/31/03 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />11.3 <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />General Concept Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan <br />for a 13.7 acre mixed-residential planned unit <br />development consisting of : a 2+ acre neighborhood park <br />and pond overlook; seven (7) single-family homes; <br />eighteen (18) town homes designed as three (3) separate <br />"row house" styled structures; a three (3) and four (4) <br />story, ninety-six (96) unit senior cooperative; and on the <br />outlot; in the Second Phase: either eighteen (18) town <br />homes or a three (3) story, thirty-six (36) unit <br />condominium, subject to the levels of impacts in Section <br />7, and the conditions listed in Section 8 of the staff project <br />report dated March 31, 2003. The outlot in the Second <br />Phase development is to be reviewed by staff and the <br />Planning Commission at a public hearing prior to issuance <br />of permits. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, authorizing the City <br />Attorney to take all necessary actions to acquire street <br />rights-of-way and easements required for the above- <br />described proj ect and portrayed in the staff report dated <br />March 31, 2003. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />acknowledged to Mayor Kysylyczyn that the applicant <br />was in attendance to respond to any questions or <br />comments. <br /> <br />While a neighbor was in attendance with an apparent <br />question, when asked to come forward to the podium to <br />comment, preferred not to do so. <br />
