United Properties Itequest for a General Concept <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) Itezoning and <br />Preliminary Plat to Allow the Itedevelopment of the <br />Arona Site (PF 3457 and PF 3243) <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />reviewed history of 13 plus acre project site, formerly the <br />site of the Ralph Reeder School. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, approval of the <br />Preliminary Plat for United Properties, creating a park, <br />seven (7) single-family lots, eighteen (18) row town home <br />lots, an outlot, and a single lot for the senior cooperative. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the first <br />reading of an ordinance rezoning the Arona parcel from B- <br />1 (Limited Business) to Planned Unit Development with <br />an underlying zoning of R -1 (Single Family Residence), <br />R-3 (General Residence District), and R-6 (Townhouse <br />District), as per the site plan and preliminary plat as <br />presented in the staff report dated March 31, 2003. <br /> <br />Itoll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Hearings <br /> <br />Land Use <br /> <br />Arona Site <br />Itedevelopment; <br />1 st Iteading <br />Itezoning and <br />Preliminary Plat <br />for General <br />Concept PUD <br />(PF 3457 and PF <br />3243) <br />
