<br />~SEVfbbE <br />City Council Minutes <br />Executive Session and Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, April 7, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Klausing, Maschka, 5:40 p.m. <br />Schroeder and Kough met in the City Council Chambers on the above Roll Call <br />date. <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) Attorney, <br />George Hoff, was present; along with City Attorney Scott Anderson; <br />staff members: City Manager Neal Beets; Community Development <br />Director Dennis Welsch <br /> <br />Executive Session <br />The Council met in Executive Session regarding issues related to the <br />Roselawn Cemetery vs. City of Roseville litigation with LMCIT <br />Attorney George Hoff. <br /> <br />Recess <br />At 6:05 p.m., Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the Executive Session. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reconvened and called to order the meeting <br />of the Roseville City Council in open session at 6: 14 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn asked City Attorney Scott Anderson to <br />briefly review for the public the reasons for the Executive <br />Session. <br /> <br />II. Review Agenda <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on <br />the Consent Agenda. There were no comments. <br />III. Presentations <br /> <br />A,.
