Mr. Traynor introduced Cathy Croghan who spoke about the details of the program. Ms. Croghan also described the progress made so far over the last five (5) months. Ms. Croghan encouraged Roseville residents to volunteer to serve on the Board of Directors, and to donate to the program. Councilmember Kough spoke in favor of the program and of people volunteering; and inquired about income and age qualifications for the program. All Councilmembers expressed their appreciation to the presenters. B. Presentation of Proposed Facility Plans Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, the plans for the Police and Public Works Maintenance Project as presented; authorized Ankeny Kell Architects to proceed with detailed design development consistent with the foregoing, with funding to come from the proceeds of the voter-approved bond issue and the Building Replacement Fund in a not-to-exceed amount of$10.4 Million. Public Works Director/Project Manager Duane Schwartz overviewed the presentation planned for tonight's meeting. Pam Anderson, of Ankeny Kell Architects, summarized the schematic floor plans, first for the renovated Public Works Maintenance Facility and then for the Police Department. Mark Wentzell, of Ankeny Kell Architects, summarized the site plan, building elevations and building image. Proj ect Manager Schwartz summarized the budget, the timeline for bid packages, and a possible labor agreement. Dustin Schwake, of Ankeny Kell Architects, reviewed the phases of construction for the new addition, estimating a fifteen (15) month construction period. Presentation of Proposed Facility Plans
