<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 02/13/06 <br />Minutes - Page 2 <br /> <br />from Roseville Area High School who had participated in the Winners <br />Roseville Human Rights Commission Essay Contest, their <br />parents and teachers, and members of the Human Rights <br />Commission in attendance. <br /> <br />Human Rights Commission Chair Janet Delmore reviewed this <br />year's question of participants; and explained the anonymous <br />review of more than 270 essays from two schools that had been <br />submitted to Commissioners for consideration. <br /> <br />Ms. Delmore invited the First, Second and Third place essay <br />winners to read their essay at that time.
