<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of February, 2006, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Pust and Klausing <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10376 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR SARYDAY PARTNERSHIP & UNLIMITED POTENTIAL IN EDUCATION, INC. <br />GACK & JILL PRESCHOOL, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1013 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE, ALLOWING A 12,000 SQ. FT. DAYCARE CENTER <br />TO OCCUPY SPACE WITHIN THE EXISTING MULTI-TENANT STRUCTURE AT <br />2701- 2729 LINCOLN DRIVE (PF3706) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Saryday Partnership & Unlimited Potential in Education, Inc. (Jack & Jill <br />Preschool) have requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1013 of <br />the Roseville City Code to allow a 12,000 sq. ft. daycare center to occupy a portion of the multi- <br />tenant structure at 2701 - 2729 Lincoln Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property (2701-2729 Lincoln Drive) is legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Krank 2nd Addition, subject to road in Document No. 2712189 and <br />excluding the east 20 feet of the south 129 feet. <br />PIN 04-29-23-41-0030 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.015 requires daycare centers to receive a Conditional Use <br />Permit consistent with Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal by Saryday Partnership & Unlimited Potential in Education, <br />Inc. (Jack & Jill Preschool) seeks to occupy a 12,000 sq. ft. vacant portion of the existing multi- <br />tenant structure at 2701 - 2729 Lincoln Drive as a daycare center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 1,2006 <br />concluding that the proposal is consistent with the criteria of Section 1013 of the Roseville City <br />Code; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the <br />request, subject to 4 conditions. <br /> <br />1 <br />
