<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to Saryday Partnership & Unlimited Potential in Education, <br />Inc. (Jack & Jill Preschool) for occupancy in a 12,000 sq. ft. space at 2701 - 2729 Lincoln Drive, <br />based on the findings of Section 5 of the project report dated February 27,2006 and subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The playground area must be screened to a minimum height of 4 feet. <br /> <br />2. Maintaining the southerly drive lane and/or provide documentation that an <br />easement or joint use agreement exists on/for/or over the adjacent drive lane <br />(1601 - 1677 Lincoln Drive) allowing legal delivery and pick-up of goods and <br />servIces. <br /> <br />3. All signage meeting the multi-tenant business sign requirements of section 1009 <br />of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />4. All trash and recyclables being handled inside the structure - no outdoor or <br />detached trash enclosure permitted. <br /> <br />5. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire within six months after the <br />approval date (August 27,2006) unless that applicant has been granted a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Pust, <br />Ihlan, Maschka and Klausing. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
