<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 4/28/03 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />(RFP) to replace the City's telephone system with an <br />IP Telephony-based system, as recommended in the <br />staffreport dated April 28, 2003. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Service Club Logos on City of Roseville Welcome <br />Signs <br />Councilmember Kough presented a summary of the <br />meetings he has held to-date with Roseville service <br />clubs regarding "Welcome to Roseville" signs. He <br />displayed several examples of such signs in other <br />communities; and answered questions regarding <br />maintenance and cost of such signs. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn spoke in favor of having <br />Councilmember Kough meet several more times <br />with interested clubs to more accurately define the <br />cost of each sign, the financial commitment of <br />organizations wishing to participate, and any <br />proj ected taxpayer cost. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough encouraged other interested <br />parties to attend the upcoming meetings. <br /> <br />Service Club <br />Logos on City of <br />Roseville <br />Welcome Signs <br /> <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 7: 17 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Given a considerable number of people in attendance at <br />tonight's meeting, Mayor Kysylyczyn polled the audience <br />members as to their specific interest items, and amended <br />the order of the agenda to accommodate their interests. <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />Recognitions <br /> <br />Recognitions <br />
