<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 4/28/03 <br />Page 34 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn sought to clarify the reserve fund <br />balances and numbers previously quoted by staff. <br /> <br />Finance Director Miller responded that the numbers <br />are estimates; and that staff tries to provide as much <br />accuracy as possible in the fund balances mid-year. <br /> <br />XII. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes of April 14, 2003 <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />April 14, 2003 Executive Session and regular <br />Council meeting minutes as amended. <br /> <br />Corrections: <br />o Item III., Presentations, A., Early <br />Retirement Plan, Page 4, 3rd paragraph from <br />bottom (Schroeder) <br />Amend to read, "Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka <br />seconded, , replacing the word "approval" <br />with "delay" and to amend the motion to direct <br />staff. . ." <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />XIII. Other Business <br /> <br />A. Commission Appointments <br />Kysylyczyn renewed his motion of the April 7, 2003 <br />meeting and moved, Schroeder seconded, <br />appointment of Kathleen Cassen Mickelson, <br />Michelle Kruzel, and Mark Kamrath to serve as <br />commissioners on the City's Parks and Recreation <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough spoke in favor of the motion, <br />concurring with the Mayor's appointments and <br />opining that the Mayor has the right to appoint <br /> <br />Approval of <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Commission <br />Appointments <br />
