Mayor Kysylyczyn further opined that the <br />public, through the bond referendum, had endorsed <br />the proj ect. <br /> <br />No further action was taken. <br /> <br />B. Anti-Litter Campaign <br />Councilmember Kough commented on the recent <br />City clean-up day, commended staff for their <br />participation, and opined that, given the amount of <br />litter, the Council endorse a strict enforcement <br />program; and suggested that police officers issue <br />citations to obvious littering. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br />XIII. Commission Appointments <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reviewed demographic statistical <br />information regarding commission appointments <br />related to gender and age balance from the 1990's to <br />current. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Communication <br /> <br />C.
