Human Rights Commission Vacancy <br />Kough moved, Klausing seconded, directing staff to <br />advertise for applications to serve on the Human Rights <br />Commission; with applications due to the City by June 30 <br />for appointment to complete a term that expires March 31, <br />2006; to be appointed at the July 21, 2003 regular Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers discussed with <br />Councilmembers any possible reduction in the size of the <br />Commission; notification of applicants not having been <br />appointed to other commissions; and the process to be <br />followed. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />X. <br /> <br />Ordinances & Resolutions <br /> <br />A.
