Presentation of Lake McCarron's Management Plan Presentation of <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwartz introduced Lake McCarron's <br />Michael Thienes, Capitol Region Watershed District Management Plan <br />Board Member and resident of the Lake McCarron's area. <br /> <br />Mr. Thienes talked about the history of Lake McCarron's. <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Noonan, representing Capitol Region <br />Watershed District, talked about the history of the Capital <br />Region Watershed District and the history of the advisory <br />group who participated in this study. Mr. Noonan <br />identified the study group's concerns, and highlighted a <br />few of the study's conclusions and goals (i.e., reducing the <br />phosphorus level by addressing the Villa Park Pond <br />system) . <br /> <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Kysy1yczyn recessed the meeting at 7: 12 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7 :26 p.m. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Communication <br /> <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Communication <br /> <br />A.
