Councilmember Kough stated that he was working with staff in an attempt to find suitable space in the City of Roseville for this family-oriented business; and encouraged residents or businesses in the city to contact him or staff with any applicable information. B. Correction to Pioneer Press Articles Mayor Kysylyczyn referred to an April 29, 2003 Pioneer Press article included in the agenda packet entitled, "Seniors keep discounts on water, sewer;" and drew attention to the last sentence that stated, "Also as part of Monday's action, the city will now review applications annually." Mayor Kysylyczyn asked for other Councilmembers' interpretations of the actual motion taken; stating he had reviewed the minutes and videotape of the April 28, 2003 regular Council meeting, and the article and meeting minutes did not reflect the same thing. Mayor Kysylyczyn sought Council comment as to the accuracy of the minutes; with Councilmembers concurring the article did not adequately represent the actual Council action. Mayor Kysylyczyn opined he hoped an upcoming article in the Pioneer Press would clarify the issue for the public. v. Recognitions Correction to Pioneer Press Articles Recognitions A. Proclamation of National Law Enforcement Week Proclamation of Mayor Kysylyczyn proclaimed May 11 - May 17, 2003 as National Law National Law Enforcement Week. Enforcement Week American Heritage Proclamation of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month B. Proclamation of Asian Pacific Month Mayor Kysylyczyn proclaimed the month of May 2003 as Asian Pacific American Heritage Month; noting the percentage (5%) of Roseville residents of Asian Pacific American descent.
