<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 5/12/03 <br />Page 30 <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough opined that it was irrelevant and a <br />waste of staff time. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn opined it was a public information <br />request or a courtesy for the City Council to bring forward. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing opined that he retained conflict <br />of interest concerns in the request. <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson clarified that, in essence, it was a <br />Data Practices request for any information that existed, but <br />staff was not required to create additional data. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing stated he would be voting <br />against the motion; and that it should be pursued as a Data <br />Practices request. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Motion failed. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn wanted the record to show that he was <br />putting staff on notice, that he is pursuing a public <br />information request for the above-referenced data. <br /> <br />Next Scheduled Regular City Council Meeting, June 2, <br />2003 <br />Councilmember Kough advised of his unavailability at the <br />June 2, 2003 regular Council meeting, due to his <br />participation in the Senior Olympics. <br /> <br />XIV.
