<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 02/27/06 <br />Minutes - Page 14 <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Maschka and Klausing. <br />Nays: Kough and Ihlan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested ongoing staff reports on <br />reimbursements if the Council was not going to establish an <br />escrow account. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough concurred with Councilmember <br />Ihlan's request. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing noted that staff had provided the <br />information as requested by Council on a periodic basis; <br />and questioned the frequency desired by Councilmembers <br />of the reports. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust opined that, given the Developer <br />Agreement language, an escrow account was not <br />warranted; but recognized Councilmember Ihlan' s desire to <br />track expenses with reimbursements. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing directed Finance Director Miller to <br />identify as applicable, on a monthly basis, expenses and <br />reimbursements for the Twin Lakes Redevelopment <br />project, and provide the information in the City Council <br />packets. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> <br />5.b <br /> <br />Proclaim March 2006 as Women's History Month <br />City Manager Beets reviewed the 1980 Joint Congressional <br />Resolution declaring the week of March 8 as National <br />Women's History Week and 1987 expansion by Congress <br />of the celebration of women's contributions for the entire <br />month of March. <br /> <br />Mr. Beets reviewed the 2006 National Women's History <br />Month theme, "Women: Builders of Communities and <br />Dreams Change America," honoring the spirit of possibility <br /> <br />Recognitions, <br />Donations, <br />Communications <br /> <br />Proclaim March <br />2006 as Women's <br />History Month <br />
