HRA Chairperson Bill Majerus and HRA Board Member Jill Bean were also present and concurred with Ms. Bennett's presentation and comments. Councilmember Pust provided a copy of the third draft as prepared by the Council Subcommittee (Councilmembers Ihlan, Maschka and Pust), of the Community Visioning Proposal to Mr. Majerus for HRA review and comment. Discussion included consideration of all rentals no mater how many units; whether to look at the maintenance code again as issues arise, independent of and in conjunction with the proposed rental licensing program; and reallocation of HRA funds to assist the City Council with a broader vision of housing, whether through supportive services to the Community Development Department or through supporting the Community Visioning process. 6. Discuss Roseville Visitors Association (RV A) Initiative to Change the Name of Certain County Roads and Naming Options Dino LoBaido, R V A Executive Director, presented a proposal from the RV A to change the name of certain County roads to become more community-oriented. Mr. LoBaido provided a Bench Handout for Council reference; and outlining this R V A initiative. Mr. LoBaido reviewed the function of the RV A as an organization to promote Roseville as a destination for tourism and business; and to continue to elevate the aesthetic value of Roseville with its perfect positioning between the Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, in addition to Roseville amenities. Mr. LoBaido proposed the goal of the RV A was to rename County Roads B, B-2, C, and C-2; with County Road D under Roseville Visitors Association (RV A) Initiative to Change the Name of Certain County Roads and Naming Options
