Regular City Council Minutes - 06/16/03 <br />Minutes -Page 10 <br />Ordinance Amending Title 10 of the City Code, Changing <br />the Zoning Map Designation of Certain Real Property at <br />2800 Arona Street B-1 Limited Business District to a <br />Planned Unit Development with Underlying Zoning of R- <br />1, R-3 and R-6 Residential Districts." <br />Community Development Director Welsch expressed <br />appreciation to the developer of the Arona Site. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />8.3 <br />Klausing moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Site Plan and <br />Agreement (Ordinance No. 1282) between the City of <br />Roseville and United Properties Investments LLC, for a <br />13.7 acre mixed residential, planned unit development <br />consisting, a neighborhood park and pond with overlook <br />and trails, seven (7) single-family homes, eighteen (18) <br />row homes designed as three (3) separate "row house" <br />styled structures, a three (3) and four (4) story, ninety-six <br />(96) unit senior cooperative, and on Outlot A, in the <br />second phase, either eighteen (18) or more row homes or <br />up to a three (3) story, thirty-six (36) unit condominium; <br />with the second phase development to be reviewed by staff <br />and the Planning Commission at a public hearing prior to <br />issuance of permits. <br />Community Development Director Welsch advised <br />Councilmembers of a typographical error in the document; <br />noting that there were ninety-six (96) senior cooperative <br />units proposed, non ninety (90) as noted. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: .Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn again expressed his appreciation to all <br />
