Regular City Council Minutes - 06/16/03 <br />Minutes -Page 18 <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10106 entitled, "A Resolution Authorizing <br />the Transfer of Housing Funds 574 and 271 to the Housing <br />and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of <br />Roseville," for the purpose of implementing housing <br />programs for the City. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />C. Update and Request for City Council Direction on <br />Nuisance Code Violation for Guptil at 185 North <br />McCarrons Boulevard West <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsh advised <br />that this item required no Council action; but was listed to <br />allow for any comment or question of Councilmembers. <br />There were no Council comments. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn brought to Mr. Welsch's attention for <br />clarification the staff report in the HRA agenda packet <br />(Section 1.1, report dated 6/17/03, last phrase, "...refer to <br />HRA to review and report on possible options for vacant <br />housing). <br />D.
