Regular City Council Minutes - 06/16/03 <br />Minutes -Page 19 <br />that the site is currently a vacant gas station; that the <br />existing building was proposed to be reused, not torn <br />down; the resolution provided for a Conditional Use <br />Permit (CUP) for gasoline sales; there had been no <br />significant outside comment heard at the Planning <br />Commission's Public Hearing; and the proposed action <br />was presented on a 5/1 Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />10.2 <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, adoption of Resolution <br />No. 10108 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a <br />Conditional Use Permit for Muna Sabri and QC Energy II, <br />Allowing 2154 Lexington Avenue to be Re-Used as a Gas <br />Station with Limited Convenience Sales (PF 3488)." <br />The applicant concurred with the conditions as outlined on <br />the staff report dated June 16, 2003; with Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn noting that particularly Conditions listed in <br />Items 7.1 and 7.2 were substantial improvements requiring <br />completion prior to opening for business. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />E. Consider Sylvia Sieferman's Request for a Variance at <br />420 Terrace Drive (PF 3481) <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn verified the completeness of the staff <br />report, and the correct spelling of Ms. Sieferman's name. <br />9.2 <br />It was noted that the request for an 8.5 foot variance to <br />Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions -Front yard <br />Setback) based on findings of fact, and as reconllnended <br />by the Roseville Planning Commission, had been <br />withdrawn by the applicant, and that no action was <br />Resolution 10109 <br />Consider Sylvia <br />Sieferman's <br />Request for a <br />Variance at 420 <br />Terrace Drive (PF <br />3481) <br />
