<br />Participating entities will commit time and resources of business and technical staff to <br />the investigation and development of this project. . <br /> <br />The County will commit the resources of a senior staff member to serve as Project <br />Manager/Facilitator to oversee the design and development of the project. The Project <br />Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a project structure, work <br />plan, and timeline for approval by representatives assigned by participating elected <br />officials. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing regular reports to <br />elected officials and Senior Management staff on the progress and findings of this effort. <br />The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing a final report and proposed <br />implementation plan to policy makers.
