Environmental Abatement Contract Environmental <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, awarding Abatement <br />environmental abatement contract to Envirotech in Contract <br />the amount of $22,800. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Schwartz reported on <br />asbestos and hazardous materials in the basement of <br />City Hall and in the Public Works Maintenance <br />facility and in the existing firing range. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />3. He indicated there would be <br />more refinement in the details of the design. Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn commented on the need for flexibility in final <br />constructi on. <br />
