<br />~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, July 21, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Schroeder, Maschka, 6:06 p.m. <br />Klausing and Kough, met in the City Council Chambers on the above Roll Call <br />date. <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Kough, Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6:06 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />I. Public Comment Public <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of Comment <br />the audience. <br /> <br />A. Amy Ihlan, 1776 Stanbridge Avenue <br />Ms. Ihlan stated her purpose in speaking publicly at the <br />Council meeting was to alert the public regarding the <br />upcoming developer meeting regarding the Twin' Lakes <br />Development, which is scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, <br />2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Marriott Courtyard. <br /> <br />Ms. Ihlan spoke to a meeting recently held at the public <br />library, which she had helped to organize, where residents <br />expressed their concerns regarding the proposed Twin <br />Lakes development proj ect. Ms. Ihlan expressed her <br />appreciation to Councilmembers and residents for their <br />attendance. Ms. Ihlan spoke to the angry emotions <br />expressed by those residents in attendance who were <br />opposed to various components of the proposed proj ect, <br />which were allegedly different from the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan for the area; and alerted to the <br />Council the distrust emanating from the apparent <br />deviations. Ms. Ihlan encouraged Councilmembers to be <br />deliberate and cautious in their decision-making process, <br />
