Review Agenda Review <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on Agenda <br />the Agenda items. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka requested removal of Consent <br />Agenda Item XI.A, "Ratifying Revisions to the Roseville <br />Firefighter's Relief Association By-laws," to allow for further <br />discussion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder questioned why Agenda Item VI.A., <br />"Hearings; Reconsider 'Welcome to Roseville' Signs," was <br />included on the agenda without majority support for <br />reconsideration of the issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn offered a friendly suggestion that <br />discussion of whether the item should be included on the <br />agenda be considered following Agenda Item III. Presbyterian Homes' HamUne Shopping Center <br />Project: Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Discussion <br />and Direction <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />presented an overview of the request by Presbyterian <br />Homes and Senior Housing Partners LLC for Tax <br />Increment Financing for the Hamline Shopping Center to <br />assist the remaining 20 - 24 business tenants to move from <br />the shopping center to allow demolition and <br />reconstruction. The proposed structure would house a 92- <br />unit senior market rate housing project (226,000 square <br />feet) with 14,000 square feet of retail space on the first <br />floor.
