Ms. Frank <br />recommended that consideration be given to locating the <br />signs in vicinities where the Star City signs had been <br />located. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough recommended, upon recognItIon <br />of the upcoming Primary Election and the potential for this <br />issue to become political, that the item be tabled until after <br />the election season. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn left the dais during the latter part of <br />this discussion and returned at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Continued Public Hearing for City Project UL-03-121; <br />Oakcrest Avenue Streetlights, Discuss Roseville's <br />Streetlight Policy, and Conduct an Assessment Hearing <br />for an Enhanced Streetlight Plan on Oakcrest, from <br />approximately Fairview Avenue to Prior, as Requested <br />by Roseville Properties, Inc. <br />Kysylyczyn moved approval of a resolution ordering <br />Project UL-03-11 and directing the improvement to be <br />installed.
