Roll Call <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing was unavailable for tonight's meeting due to <br />vacation. <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6:01 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of <br />the audience. <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment <br /> <br />A. Sharon Gerber, 1204 West County Road B <br />Ms. Gerber objected to subsidizing the City's leaf <br />collection program and had concerns about contamination <br />from the leaf collection site leaking into the water table. <br /> <br />II. Review Agenda Review <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on Agenda <br />the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder had concerns about Consent <br />Agenda Items XI. C. and G. <br /> <br />III. Presentations <br /> <br />Presentations <br /> <br />A. Council and Community Budget Review Session <br />Finance Director Chris Miller overviewed the draft budget <br />document distributed to the Council last week. Mr. Miller <br />highlighted the loss of $700,000 in state funding and <br />additional costs for voter-approved bonds and operating <br /> <br />Council and <br />Community Budget <br />Review Session <br />
