Tj~i ~' JJw <br />j~.~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Special Council Meeting <br />Thursday, July 31, 2003 <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Schroeder, Maschka and 6:34 p.m. <br />Kough met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br />Councilmember Klausing was not present due to vacation. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson and fellow Attorney Eric L. Hedtke of <br />the City Attorney law firm Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A. were <br />both in attendance; with City Attorney Anderson serving as the lead <br />attorney. <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6:34 <br />p.m., with due notice having been provided for this Special <br />meeting of the Roseville City Council meeting. At this point, <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn turned the gavel over to Acting Mayor <br />Kough to preside at the meeting.
