Future Indemnification Issues <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn brought up a further discussion item <br />regarding future indemnifications issues. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded to direct the City <br />Attorney to further investigate ways in which the Council <br />individuals can be indemnified criminally and civilly. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reviewed the past history within the <br />City and its tumultuous City government over the last two <br />(2) decades; and the need to face reality to solve the <br />problems plaguing the City. Mayor Kysylyczyn alleged <br />that Councilmembers and the public brought their personal <br />differences to the confines of the meetings, and brought <br />hatred home to government officials, their families and <br />
