<br />~~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, August 11, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Klausing, Schroeder, and 5:33 p.m. <br />Maschka met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough had previously indicated he would not return <br />from his Master's competition in Connecticut in time for tonight's <br />meeting. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 5:33 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of <br />the audience. <br /> <br />A. Al Kehr, 988 West County Road D <br />Mr. Kehr distributed the Lion's Code of Ethics and <br />encouraged Councilmembers to follow it. <br /> <br />B. Al Sands, 2612 AIdine Street <br />Mr. Sands distributed an e-mail regarding Tax Increment <br />Financing. <br /> <br />II. Review Agenda <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on <br />the Consent Agenda. <br />III.
