<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 8/11/03 <br />Page 21 <br /> <br />depth study of Council compensations with other <br />communities for a global look, but cited timing issues. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder opined support of Council <br />compensation moving forward, not digressing. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn withdrew his proposal to await <br />Councilmember Kough's return to the bench at next <br />week's meeting; directing staff to include it on that <br />agenda. <br /> <br />c. August 18, 2003 Meeting, 2004 Budget Preview <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reviewed with City Manager Beets the <br />next scheduled 2004 Budget discussion, with presentations <br />anticipated by the Parks and Recreation Department, and <br />Public Works Departments. <br /> <br />D. Mayor Kysylyczyn provided several bench handouts for <br />overhead display to prompt thought prior to next week's <br />discussion related to the misrepresentation that Roseville <br />appeared to the be the third highest City in the <br />metropolitan area for Parks and Recreation expenditures <br />per capita; and 2000 demographics alluding that the City <br />of Roseville had the highest percentage of municipal local <br />park acres (based on acres per 1,000 population) for <br />suburban Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder complimented the C- TV staff <br />for their remote televising of the Council meetings during <br />the City Hall construction project. <br /> <br />XIV.
