Consider Peter Ohland Subdivision Plat for 544 Ryan <br />Avenue (PF 3506) <br />Kough moved (8.1), Maschka seconded, approval of the <br />request by Peter and Maureen Ohland for a Preliminary <br />Plat of certain property located at 544 Ryan Street, subject <br />to the conditions outlined in Section 6 (A through D) of <br />the project report dated August 18, 2003 . <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke briefly reviewed the request <br />and responded to several questions of the Council related <br />to Outlot ownership; future easement requirements; and <br />park land dedication recommendations of staff. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn noted that the Planning Commission <br />had recommended Council approval on a unanimous vote. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />B. Consider Romona Mogg Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) Proposal at 474 West County Road C (PF 3489) <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, denial of the <br />Preliminary Plat and the General Concept Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD), which would have created a six (6) <br />unit residential PUD development, including three (3) <br />structures with two (2) attached owner-occupied units, <br />each undivided common areas and common maintenance, <br />as illustrated in the application (plan set), based on the <br />findings and conunents of Section 3 in the project report <br />dated August 18, 2003. <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke briefly reviewed the staff <br />report and Planning Commission recon~rnendation by <br />unanimous vote for approval as presented. <br />Public Hearings <br />Land Use <br />Peter Ohland <br />Subdivision Plat <br />544 Ryan Avenue <br />(PF 3506) <br />Romona Mogg <br />Denial of PUD <br />474WCo.RdC <br />(PF 3489) <br />
