For 16 years I have <br />participated in the leaf pick-up program and have always been willing to pay for the service. I would be lost <br />without this valuable service as I have a wooded yard. The trees and the pick-up were one of the reasons for <br />purchasing my house. I also use the compost site for miscellaneous leaves and for the compost itself. This also <br />is a valuable service and I would be willing to pay more in taxes for these two services. I do not have access to a <br />pickup so I don't know how 1 would get my leaves to one of the Ramsey County sites. Am I to just let the leaves <br />blow around the neighborhood? <br />I read the Roseville Review and have not read about the possible discontinuation of these services.
