It is one of the services that makes this city a great place to <br />live. I would hope that you would continue the service. I realize that the budget <br />problems are very significant and trying to allocate resources is very difficult. <br />I think that the residents would be willing to pay a lot more than $ 10.00 to <br />continue this service.
