Planning Commission Vacancy <br />~vlayor Kysylyczyn advised that he had been advised <br />earlier that day that Toy Duncan, current Planning <br />Commission Chairperson, would no longer be able to <br />continue serving on the Planning Commission and had <br />tendered his resignation. Kysylyczyn recommended and <br />moved, Kough seconded, ratification of the Mayor's <br />appointment of Mr. Jim Mulder as the new Chair of the <br />Planning Commission for the remainder of the year, citing <br />Mr. Mulder's experience in chairing meetings and his <br />seniority on the Commission. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. Police Department Personnel Parking at City Hall <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn advised that he had received several <br />complaints from Police Department personnel regarding <br />the lack of parking for emergency vehicles at City Hall <br />during the construction process. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, directing staff to <br />designate several parking spaces in the City Hall lot for <br />emergency vehicle parking. <br /> <br />Ordinances & <br />Resolutions <br /> <br />Other Business <br />
