Report on Nuisance Code Violation at 2199 Cohansey Report on Nuisance <br />Boulevard Code Violation at <br />2199 Cohansey <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded directing staff to Boulevard <br />work through the property abatement system with the <br />owner of 2199 Cohansey Boulevard North, for violation of <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsh <br />requested a change in staff s original request, gi ven <br />additional information being sought as to the owner of the <br />fence, as staff findings indicated that that the fence was <br />located on private individual properties, not on the rental <br />property as originally determined. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn withdrew his original motion and Kough <br />withdrew his second. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded directing staff to <br />begin the abatement process, with further council action <br />delayed until October 13, 2003. <br /> <br />Further discussion included determining ownership and <br />
