EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 28th day of July, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Wall and the following were absent: Goedeke Member Wiski Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO 9435 APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT AUTHORIZING CITY ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 36 FRONTAGE ROAD FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (MnDOT), ADJACENT TO THE GATEWAY BUSINESS PARK, REMOVING CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ALONG THE NORTH AND WEST SIDE OF THE FRONTAGE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND REMOVING CERTAIN SNOW FENCE EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the City of Roseville and MnDOT own land which is within or directly adjacent to the plat of the Gateway Business Park; and WHEREAS, portions of the land owned by the City of Rosevllle and MnDOT defined in Attachment "A" will be incorporated into the Gateway Business Park Plat; and WHEREAS, MnDOT has proposed to return ownership and control of portions of the Highway 36 Frontage Road to the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, there are certain restrictions of access and maintenace placed on the Highway 36 Frontage Road by MnDOT; and WHEREAS, certain restrictions to access along the northerly and westerly boundaries of the Highway 36 Frontage Road infringe upon the permitted and efficient use of the land within the Gateway Business Park; and WHEREAS, certain snow fence easements exist which are no longer necessary and which infringe upon the permitted and efficient use of the land within the Gateway Business Park;
