<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VEO, The City of Roseville does hereby approve <br />an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) in which the City <br />agrees to accept the transfer of jurisdiction (turn-back) of certain portions of the Highway <br />36 Frontage Road right-of-way (as described in Attachment "A") presently under the <br />jurisdiction of MnOOT as frontage roads to the City of Roseville subject to final review by <br />the City Attorney, and upon filing of the plat, access and maintenance restrictions placed <br />on the northerly and westerly right-of-way lines of the Highway 36 Frontage Road by <br />MnDOTwill be waived by the City of Roseville, and MnOot will release snow fence <br />easements. <br /> <br />NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The City of Roseville City Engineer, Mayor <br />and City Manager are authorized within the limits of this Resolution to take action <br />necessary to have the identified jurisdictions and restrictions amendments executed; <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes of the regular meeting of said City Council held <br />on the 28th day of July, 1997, with the originals thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND, officially as such Manager this 28:h day of July, 1997. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Steven R.
