<br />~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, October 20, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Maschka, Klausing, Kough, 6:08 p.m. <br />and Schroeder met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6:08 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of <br />the audience. <br /> <br />A. Ann Berry, League of Women Voters <br />Ms. Berry advised Councilmembers that the League of <br />Women Voters' (L WV) Committee had completed their <br />study of the Roseville Fire Department, facilitated by Ms. <br />Georgeann Hall. Ms. Berry distributed copies to the City <br />Council and had copies available for staff, which she <br />noted had been very helpful in the Committee's research <br />and information-gathering, and expressed the League's <br />appreciation to staff. Ms. Berry advised that this study <br />had been for information purposes only, and avoided <br />judgn1ents, bias and position statements, recording those <br />facts as obtained during the study. Ms. Berry advised that <br />the L WV membership would be provided with a copy of <br />the study, and after their review, a report would be <br />available on the membership's response to the report. Ms. <br />Berry advised that additional copies of the study, funded <br />by the L WV Education Fund and the North Suburban <br />Community Fund, were available at City Hall. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment <br />
