Approval of November 17,2003 Minutes Minutes of the <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, approval of the November 17, 2003 <br />November 17, 2003 Regular Council meeting minutes as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Corrections: <br />· Pa2e 38, first partial para2raph (Citv Attornev <br />Anderson) <br />Correct "following condition" to read: <br />" . . . staff shall seek bids for the sale of Engines 31 <br />and 32 for a period of 45 days; and if another <br />purchaser cannot be located within the [forty-five] <br />(45) days who is willing to offer more than $4,000G <br />for Engines 31 and 32, then staff is authorized and <br />directed to trade-in the engines to Pierce <br />Manufacturing for a credit of $4,000 toward the <br />purchase of the new fire engine." <br />
