Redevelopment of Twin Lakes <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn apologized to representatives of <br />Rottlund Company for the previous confusion regarding <br />Council receipt of their November 14, 2003 letter. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn requested that Councilmember <br />Maschka address this redevelopment issue and the <br />proposed process. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka reviewed the proposed process <br />to initiate a comprehensive plan for the entire 275 acre <br />Twin Lakes developn1ent area, rather than the original 60 <br />acres as previously proposed, with three proposed motion <br />under consideration by the City Council to facilitate <br />discussion.
