City of

~~

City Council Meeting
City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive
Minutes
Monday, April 24, 2006

Call Roll Call Roll
Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council
regular meeting at 6 :00 p.m. and welcomed everyone.

Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order)
Councilmembers Ihlan; Kough; Maschka; Pust; and Mayor
Klausing. All were present.

City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present.

Approve Agenda Approve Agenda
Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on
tonight's Agenda.

Councilmember Ihlan questioned why the alcohol compliance
program was not an agenda item at tonight's meeting, as
previously discussed and requested by the City Council.

City Attorney Anderson advised his office was still working on
the opinion; with explanation e-mailed to all Councilmembers
earlier in the week, noting that it was still in process, and that it
would be scheduled for the May 8, 2006 regular Council
Agenda.

Councilmember Ihlan opined that, since the Council had
specifically identified this item as important and needing
immediate action, she had anticipated that it would be heard
tonight; and expressed her concern that the City Attorney had not
met the Council's request. Councilmember Ihlan sought a
guarantee that the item would be on the May 8, 2006 Council
agenda.
