<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 28, 1997, at 6:30
<br />o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall and the following were
<br />absent: Goedeke.

<br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS
<br />M-96-01, P-96-02-14, P-96-02-16,
<br />P-96-02-28, P-96-02-37, P-96-06, ST-96-14
<br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
<br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contract have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement M-96-01 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property at 625 Pineview Court for the removal of a diseased elm
<br />tree; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice and the contract price for
<br />such improvements is $129.73, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
<br />improvements amounts to $59.66, so that the total cost of the improvements will be $189.39 and
<br />of this cost Roseville will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is
<br />hereby declared to be $189.39 for 625 Pineview Court; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement
<br />P-96-02-14 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Judith Avenue, Pascal Street to
<br />Hamline Avenue; Rambler Road, Pascal Street to Sheldon Street; Primrose Curve, Pascal Street
<br />to Rambler Road; Pascal Street, Rambler Road to Judith Avenue for the reconstruction of the
<br />streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary
<br />sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement
<br />P-96-02-16 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Woodlynn Avenue, Churchill
<br />Street to Oxford Street; Woodlynn Avenue, Chatsworth Street to Milton Street; Brenner Avenue,
<br />Churchill Street to Victoria Street; Millwood Avenue, Chatsworth Street to Victoria Street;
<br />Churchill Street, Brenner Avenue to County Road D; Oxford Street, Brenner Avenue to
<br />Woodlynn Avenue; Chatsworth Street, Millwood Avenue to County Road D; Milton Street,
<br />Brenner Avenue to Woodlynn Avenue for the reconstruction ofthe streets by the installation of
<br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, traffic
<br />calming items, and necessary appurtenances; and
