<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement <br />P-96-02-28 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Rose Place, Snelling Curve to <br />cul-de-sac; Brooks Avenue, Simpson Street to Hamline Avenue; Sextant Avenue, Holton Street <br />to Hamline Avenue; County Road B-2 Service Road, west cul-de-sac to Hamline Avenue; East <br />Snelling Service Road, Snelling Curve north 200 feet; Snelling Curve, East Snelling Service Road <br />to cul-de-sac; Simpson Street, Transit Avenue to Snelling Curve; Pascal Street, Transit Avenue to <br />Rose Place; Holton Street, Sextant Avenue to Brooks Avenue for the reconstruction of the streets <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, <br />drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement <br />P-96-02-37 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Transit Avenue, Dale Street to <br />cul-de-sac for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original <br />hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $1,755,141.54, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of <br />said improvements amounts to $594,507.40, so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br />$2,349,648.90, and of this cost the City will pay $1,638.483.94 as its share of the cost. The cost <br />to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $711,165.96; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-96-06- <br />24 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Rose Place, Walnut Street to cul-de-sac <br />for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original <br />hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $127,260.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvements amounts to $22,786.30, so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br />$150,046.30, and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be <br />specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $150,046.30; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement ST -96-14 <br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property bounded by County Road C-2 on the north, Snelling <br />Avenue on the east, County Road C on the south, and I-35W on the west by the construction of a <br />regional storm water pond and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original <br />hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $263,000.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvements amounts to $69,935.21, so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br />$332,935.21, and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be <br />specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $332,935.21; <br />
