Regular City Council Minutes - 12/08/03 Page 6 Andrew Chandler, (3 year member of the Fire Department), 2127 Alameda Mr. Chandler advised Councilmembers that he did not serve as a firefighter for the money, but loved the job; and noted that a full-time Training Manager would make much more efficient use of firefighter time and efforts in balancing home, school and other work commitments. Jay Christiansen, (4 year member of the Fire Department) Mr. Christiansen opined that a full-time Training Manager would definitely benefit the department and firefighter's time management and training consistency. Public Hearing and Consideration of the Modification of the Development Program for Development District No. 12 (Arona) and the Modification of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10164 entitled, "A Resolution Modifying the Development Program and the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Development District No. 1 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 12." The City's Development Attorney, Jim Casserly, was present for consultation as needed.
