<br />~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, December 15, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Maschka, Schroeder, Kough 6:05 p.m. <br />and Klausing n1et in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br /> <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular n1eeting to order at 6:05 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn informed those present of staffs update <br />from the offices of Senator Marty and Representative Greiling <br />that they would be unable to attend tonight's meeting. <br />Representative Jacobson was present, and Mayor Kysylyczyn <br />recognized him and requested that he provide, momentarily, an <br />update on several issues on which he's currently working, and <br />encouraged Councilmembers to voice comment on iten1s of <br />concern. <br /> <br />I. Public Comment Public <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public con1ment by n1embers of Comment <br />the audience. <br /> <br />A. Bruce Kennedy, 1416 Skillman <br />Mr. Kennedy spoke to his previous solicitation of input <br />regarding instant run-off voting; and advised of three one- <br />hour informational seminars planned at the Roseville <br />Public Library to discuss the issue further, and how it may <br />be applied to the Roseville municipal General Election and <br />possible drafting of future legislation. Mr. Kennedy <br />welcomed all to attend and provided the various meeting <br />dates and times, and his phone number for additional <br />information (651-633-3713). <br />
