Joe Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford <br />Mr. Machyowsky, advised he was speaking on behalf of <br />supporters of Mayor John Kysylyczyn and disputed past <br />newspaper and Roseville Concerned Citizens for Open <br />Governn1ent (RCCFOG) members as alleged <br />misinforn1ation; opining that Mayor Kysylyczyn and <br />Councilmember Schroeder and Kough represented one of <br />the most productive Councils in the history of Roseville; <br />and proceeded to review a number of their achievements. <br /> <br />C. Al Kehr, 988 West County Road D <br />Mr. Kehr congratulated, and opined support and <br />appreciation of Mayor Kysylyczyn's ethics, understanding <br />of politics and honesty in light of the alleged abusive <br />nature of some residents. Mr. Kehr further questioned <br />Mayor-elect Klausing's mentors and his knowledge as he <br />begins his tem1 as Mayor. <br /> <br />II. Review Agenda Review <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on Agenda <br />the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka sought clarification of Consent <br />Agenda Item XI., D. entitled, "Awarding Bids for Various <br />Pond Maintenance Projects;" with staff addressing proposed <br />completion dates, neighborhood notice; and whether the ponds <br />would be drained depending on temperature variations. <br /> <br />III. Presentations <br /> <br />A. Legislative Update and Discussion of Various <br />Council/Legislative Issues (i.e., Liquor Licenses; Twin <br />Lakes, etc.) <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn introduced State Representative Carl <br />Jacobson, and the area represented in District 54B, and <br />welcon1ed him on behalf of the City Council and residents. <br /> <br />State Representative Carl Jacobson <br />Rep.
