Kysylyczyn <br />asked about the availability of funding for each of the <br />options. Gill-Gerbig explained why she wants to start <br />over. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn called a recess at 8:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 8:47p.m. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn summarized the work to be done on the <br />Project if the Central Alignment were approved. <br /> <br />Roseville Motion. Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, <br />to approve the Central Alignment: Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: none. <br /> <br />Lauderdale Motion. Christensen moved, McCloskey <br />seconded, to approve the Median Closure option. Ayes: <br />unanImous. <br /> <br />Roseville Motion. Kough, Klausing Schroeder, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn, unanimously opposed the Median <br />Closure option. <br /> <br />Lauderdale Motion Gill-Gerbig moved, Christensen <br />seconded, to approve the Central Alignment with no <br />approval now for an interchange at Broadway, and <br />encouraging MnDOT expenditures to address the safety <br />issues along this highway and encouraging MnDOT <br />attention to interchanges north and south of the <br />Broadway intersection in cooperation with Roseville <br />before MnDOT re-considers a Broadway interchange; <br />and supporting the closure of Summer, Walnut, Ryan, <br />and Roselawn at their intersection with TH280 at the <br />discretion of MnDOT, though leaving the possibility for <br />emergency access in and out of Lauderdale at Walnut <br />should a disaster or other emergency suggest that <br />Lauderdale or its residents might need such emergency <br />access. Roll Call, Ayes: Gill-Gerbig, Christensen and <br />McCloskey. Nays: Gower and Dains. Motion passes 3-2. <br /> <br />Recess <br />
