<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Meeting <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Minutes <br />Monday, May 08, 2006 <br /> <br />Call Roll Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council <br />regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Pust; Maschka; Ihlan; Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested that an item be added to <br />tonight's agenda related to additional mailed notice being <br />provided to residents adjacent to the Twin Lakes Redevelopment <br />project due to a recent Planning Case request for an Interim Use <br />Permit by Roseville Twin Lakes, LLC for a concrete/asphalt <br />recycling area near County Road C and Langton Lake. <br />Councilmember Ihlan expressed concern that no residents in the <br />Twin Lakes area had received notice of the proposed interim use, <br />and it was scheduled to come before the City Council on May <br />22, 2006. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough concurred with Councilmember Ihlan; <br />opining that this could be a long-term demolition site, with <br />potentially offensive disposal items, and residents should be <br />appropriately notified. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust sought clarification that public notice of the <br />item would be provided through the City Council agenda for <br />
