<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 05/08/06 <br />Minutes - Page 2 <br /> <br />May 22, 2006. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan opined that mailed notice needed to be <br />provided prior to the City Council hearing the item; and due to <br />timing concerns, action needed to be taken tonight to provide <br />sufficient time for mailed notice. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the procedure for adding items to <br />the agenda; with Council consensus being to add the item for <br />discussion on tonight's agenda as Item 10.5. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda <br />items 3.d and 3.e for discussion, respectively entitled, "Approve <br />a Request for a Lot Line Adjustment between Two Adjacent <br />Properties located at 1000 and 984 Parker Avenue (PF 3731);" <br />and "Approve a Request Allowing the Roseville Planning <br />Commission to Complete Background Study #4 for the Roseville <br />Comprehensive Plan (PF 3692)." <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough requested removal of Consent Agenda <br />items 3.a and 3.b for discussion, respectively entitled, "Approve <br />Check Register;" and "Approve Contracts/Purchases in Excess <br />of $5,000." <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing again encouraged individual Councilmembers to <br />contact staff prior to the night of the meeting with their questions <br />or comments related to specific Consent Agenda items. <br /> <br />The agenda was approved, by consensus, as amended. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Receive Public Comment about City Budget and Policy <br />Issues <br />As previously advertised, Mayor Klausing called for public <br />comment by members of the audience on any City Budget and <br />Policy Issues. <br /> <br />A. Jack Tschida, 512 Glenwood <br />Mr. Tschida referenced the most recent copy of the City's <br />newsletter regarding code enforcement compliance.
